The first distribution record of semelparous plant Thottukurinji Strobilanthes integrifolia (Dalzell) Kuntze (family Acanthaceae) for Gujarat, India

The present paper deals with Strobilanthes integrifolia (Dalzell) Kuntze reported for the first time from the state of Gujarat, western India, based on the plant collected from the Girnar Wildlife Sanctuary, Junagadh District. A brief description of the species is provided along with an illustration and a photo plate.
