New distribution record of Korthalsia rogersii Becc, a threatened endemic climbing palm of Andaman archipelago

The discovery of new distribution sites advances our understanding of the patterns of species distribution and have implications in conservation for vulnerable species. This note details the population status and five additional distribution points for a rare, threatened climbing palm species, Korthalsia rogersii, endemic to the Andaman Islands.
