Four new Meliolaceae (Sordariomycetes: Meliolales) members from Kottayam forests in Kerala State, India

This paper gives an account of five meliolaceous fungi collected from the Kottayam forest area of Kerala state. Of these, Appendiculella elaeocarpicola, Meliola sterculicola and M. lophopetaligena are the new species, Meliola gouaniae Hansf. var. keralica is the new variety, while, Meliola garugae is reported here for the first time from India. All these taxa are described and illustrated in detail.Published
