Abstract

Cadorna’s Pipistrelle is a lesser-known vespertilionid bat, described from Darjeeling in the year 1916. Since its discovery, there has been no further record of this species from India. Based on two recently collected specimens from Mizoram State, the species has been reported from India after a gap of more than a century. A detailed description and morphometric measurements of the newly collected specimens are provided.
