Data sharing policy
Authors publishing in the Journal of Threatened Taxa are encouraged to share their data and other supporting materials that justify the results in the publication by publishing it along with the paper or by archiving it in an appropriate public repository.
Authors are required to provide a statement on the availability of the data in the paper itself or include the appropriate link/s to the repository where the data have been stored. This statement has to be included in the paper published.
In the case of shared data, authors should provide a statement to confirm the availability of the shared data. Authors have to also provide details on how the data can be accessed by including links within the publication or by providing accession numbers, NCBI registration numbers, or digital object identifiers for each of the repositories where the data have been stored.
In case of no shared data used, authors have to indicate the absence of shared data in the publication.
